She is the dog counterpart of Nature Cat
The originates from Russia, her first appearance showing her attempting to move around the entire world using only oceans and without running aground. Along the way, an issue with her submarine causes her and Sputnik to be forced to join up with Nature Cat, and while they're both originally very at-odds, they seem to eventually strike up a friendship after saving each other a few times... this friendship starts to look a bit romantic as they seem to spend much more time close to each other, staring into each other's eyes before eventually, they have to part ways, the whole gang promising to keep up communications.
